creator-policy-20261031-v1 · 2026-10-31

1. Scope and operator

This notice covers Creator Studio accounts, drafts, submissions and review. The service is operated under the project name Skillπ Operations Team. Contact [email protected] for privacy and support requests. This project name is not a representation that a company has been registered.

2. Data and purposes

We process your email and password hash to authenticate you; profile and consent version to operate your account; drafts, packages, metadata, permissions and examples to review your work; and security findings, review decisions, request and authentication logs to prevent abuse and maintain evidence. Passwords are not stored in plaintext. Do not include secrets or unrelated personal data in a package.

3. Visibility and access

Unpublished packages are available to their owner and authorized reviewers; account drafts are owner-only in the studio. Service operators may access necessary records for support, security or maintenance under restricted permissions. Approved catalog drafts remain unpublished. Publication may expose the declared title, creator name, description, license, source and package according to the separate publication decision.

4. Cookies and analytics

Creator Studio uses necessary session cookies for sign-in and CSRF protection and security rate limits to limit abuse. This studio does not load Google Analytics or Baidu analytics scripts. The public marketplace has separate analytics configuration; do not send email addresses, passwords, verification tokens or private package content to analytics.

5. Email provider and overseas processing

Resend is the transactional email provider for verification and password recovery when email delivery is enabled. It receives the recipient email, message content and delivery metadata. Private skill packages are not attached to these messages. Resend states that stored data is held in the United States; a sending region does not determine storage location. We use the provider only for these service messages, with its applicable data-processing terms.

6. Retention and protection

Verification and recovery tokens are encrypted in the outgoing queue and are cleared there after successful sending; validation records have expiry and single-use checks. Account profiles and drafts are kept while needed for the account service. Submitted packages and review evidence are kept as needed for review, revisions, safety and ownership disputes. Contact us to request deletion; necessary legal, security or dispute records may be retained with restricted access and an explanation. Archiving is not deletion, and backup copies follow the backup retention process rather than immediate erasure. No automatic deletion deadline is promised. We use access and transport protections but cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your requests

Edit your profile and account drafts in the studio. Send requests for access, correction, export, account closure, deletion or review objections to [email protected]. We use proportionate identity checks, handle requests manually and explain any applicable limits. Some security, dispute or legal records may require restricted retention; we do not promise immediate erasure of every backup.

8. Updates

Account and submission data is processed to provide the services you request; necessary authentication and review records protect the service and support dispute handling. Transactional email is separate from marketing. Additional marketing choices require separate notice. Material policy updates will be dated and communicated; applicable rights may vary by location. Contact the privacy email to exercise a right or raise a concern.
