Creator registration & submission terms

creator-policy-20261031-v1 · 2026-10-31

1. Account and eligibility

Use an email you control and keep your sign-in details private. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and authority to act for any organization you represent. Verification confirms control of an email, not ownership of a submitted work.

2. Original work and permissions

Submit only work you created or are authorized to distribute. Identify the source, license, dependencies, required permissions and external services accurately. Preserve attribution and license notices. Do not submit credentials, customer secrets, unauthorized personal data, malware or instructions designed to conceal harmful actions.

3. Limited review permission

You retain copyright. By submitting, you give Skillπ limited permission to privately store and copy the package for security inspection, originality comparison, human review and the necessary audit record. This is not a copyright transfer or an exclusive distribution license. Public distribution must respect the declared license and applicable publication authorization.

4. Review and publication

Drafts and submitted files remain private during review. Automated checks assist reviewers and do not certify that a package is safe or legally owned. Reviewers can request changes or reject a submission with a reason. Approval creates a catalog draft; publication is a separate decision. Dangerous findings cannot be overridden to approve unchanged content.

5. Pricing and earnings

Entering a price does not activate sales or create a payout entitlement. Paid distribution requires a separate effective creator agreement and enabled transaction and settlement services. That agreement governs fees, revenue shares, refunds, taxes and payout timing. No earnings are guaranteed; dashboard estimates are not a settled balance. Third-party collected content cannot be sold as your own submission.

6. Corrections and disputes

Edit account drafts and profile information in the studio. A submitted revision is preserved as review evidence; upload a corrected revision when changes are needed. Reports about ownership, privacy or review decisions will be handled through the support channel published before registration opens. Skillπ may restrict access or publication while investigating credible abuse, preserving necessary evidence and explaining the reason where appropriate.

7. Availability and changes

Agent skills may require third-party tools and can produce errors. Review permissions and outputs before use. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be dated and communicated before taking effect, with renewed acceptance where required. Contact the Skillπ Operations Team at [email protected] for service, review or rights questions. Paid creator contracts require their own identified contracting party and terms.
