The local Python helper checks evidence-record consistency. The agent still needs to inspect actual receipts. It performs no network requests or production writes.

The following are actual helper outputs for deliberately synthetic fixtures, using a fixed example clock. They do not describe production payment results.

Included: Skill instructions, an executable checker, two examples, evidence schema and a bilingual handoff template. Requires Python 3.9+; no third-party package is required by the delivered helper.
